Why Am I Being Asked To Include My Phone Number?

 Orders over a certain amount will be required to include a phone number. This number will only be used by the shipping company in the event an issue arises with the delivery of the package(s). This is to ensure that our customers receive their packages on-time and with as little worry as possible. How Long Until My Order Is Delivered?

After you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for it to process. Once your order has been processed, please allow 5-15 business days for delivery*.  Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to The Groovy Gaijin Team as we work to expedite shipping times.

How Do I Care For My Products? 

Cleaning your Anime Figurines requires gentle care to avoid damage. 

  • Use a soft, clean brush (such as a makeup brush) to dust off any loose particles.
  • For more stubborn dirt or dust, consider a mixture of mild soap and water. \
  • Dampen a soft cloth, gently wipe the figurine, and ensure it's completely dry before placing it back on display.

Harsh cleaning products, such as alcohol or ammonia-based solutions, can damage the paint and material of your figurines. 

Stick to mild soap and water for cleaning. Also, avoid using abrasive materials like rough sponges or brushes that could scratch the surface.
